Also, your child has been reviewing their multiplication facts, please be practicing with them at home.  They need to know multiples of 0-3, this week we start multiples of 4.
We do play the game "Around the World" and we want them to be confident :)

Another great week is in the books!

Our first day of school, we have started, "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe." They are absolutely loving this book. We get to read a chapter a day.

Oh my goodness, what a great couple of days we have had!

I am thoroughly enjoying teaching your children!

Parents: I have been asked to pass along, You CAN NOT start lining up for pick-up until 2:45, we have the public school bus and vans that need to get through, so please only start lining up at the appropriate time.

Next week we will really be getting into our classes, but the reviews that we have done, 

have been fantastic!!!

Please remember to bring in $5 for the planner.  We will be using this daily to help with organization.

WOW! We made it, but where did the year go???

To say I am sad is an understatement. Your kids have become like my own.

I cannot wait to have a FUN week with them. I'm anticipating doing some fun game-show reviews, 

crafting, painting, reading, and watching a few movies we have talked about throughout this year!

Monday is our Bible verse test, Hebrews 11:39-40

39. And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

40. God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

Please send a pillow on Monday, and a couple of books!

We are going to have another D.E.A.R. day! The kids LOVE to read!

Any snacks the kids would like to bring to share with the class will be welcomed.  That goes for the entire week.  If they have a game that they like, they may also bring it, we will be doing some educational game time, their favorite thing!

Thursday is our last day of school.  At 12:15 we will be doing our classroom awards in the classroom, if the location changes I will let you know. Be prepared to see an emotional teacher haha. 

 The school awards will be at 1:30 in the new gym.

We're going to make the MOST of this week, and make more memories :)

We had an AMAZING day today on our field trip!!! I am so grateful to each of you parents for allowing me to teach your kids!  Also, thanks so much for the extra help I had today with you guys!!  You can also tell your kids, my regret from the day is that I didn’t take enough pictures, and that I didn’t overcome my fear and put the black rat snake on my neck to show them I was brave ;)

This week, we will be working hard but you better believe I will be throwing in some fun :)

Our classroom awards will be held in our classroom before the school awards on the 23rd, to make it easier for you all since most of you will already be at the school.

This week, we have our Achievement Tests, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Your child may bring healthy snacks to have between tests. Please be sure that they have plenty of rest and get a good breakfast! 

Friday we will be on our end of the year field trip to The Falls of Hills Creek and the Nature Center.  All are welcome :) We will leave Friday morning aroun 8:10 and will be carpooling over. Our class is really looking forward to it. 

Please send your signed permission slip forms on Monday so I can be sure we will have enough transportation. 

Scholastic orders need to be brought in this week also. My goal was for them to be back tomorrow so we would have enough time to have them delivered.
